There are two types of voting methods for the 2022 Municipal Elections in South Stormont: Online and in-person. 

Online Voting

Online voting is available anywhere, 24 hours a day from 9:00 a.m. on October 19 until 8:00 p.m. on October 24. In order to vote online, you will need your PIN, which can be found in your Voter Information Letter, which will be mailed to all eligible electors on the Voters' List during the first week of October.

In-Person Advanced Voting

Electors can vote in-person in advance of voting day at the Township Office (2 Mille Roches Road, Long Sault). In-person advanced polls at the Township Office will be held:

  • October 19-21: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
  • October 22-23: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

In-Person Voting on Election Day

Electors can vote in-person at any of four polling stations on Election Day, October 24. Each polling station will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Your Voter Information Letter will provide a suggested in-person voting location, however any elector can vote from any polling station in South Stormont.
