RFQ No.12-2024: Construction of Accessible Ramps and Porches at the Lost Villages Museum

Sealed quotations, which shall be clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Township of South Stormont at 2 Milles Roches Road, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0 or sent electronically to bids@southstormont.ca  until: 11:30 AM, local time, on Tuesday April 30th, 2024

The Township is seeking the services of qualified respondents to construct accessible decks and ramps for select buildings at the Lost Villages Museum site, 16361 Fran Laflamme Drive, Long Sault, as detailed within the RFQ.
The contract documents are available for pick up at the township office (2 Mille Roches Rd, Long Sault, ON) commencing on Thursday, April 4th, 2024. Alternatively, contract documents may be obtained digitally by contacting the Facilities Coordinator noted below.

Quotations are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Township of South Stormont, at its own discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any compliant or non-compliant quotations and advises that the lowest or any quotations will not necessarily be accepted.

Questions will be received until end of day April 15th, 2024 and shall be sent in writing to the Facilities Coordinator. The Township reserves the right to distribute any and all questions (anonymously) and answers pertaining to this RFQ by addenda. The final addendum, if applicable, will be issued on April 19th, 2024.
